For each user group, you must also assign a permission profile. A permission profile is a set of rules that define what Prolog Converge features and project data that the members of a user group can access. The permission profile for a user group is a combination of Security Groups, Feature Permissions, Data Group Permissions, Record Set Permissions, and File Link Permissions. Once you define the permission profile for a user group, any changes you make to that permission profile affects all users in the user group. Similarly, when you change the permission profile for a user group, the change affects all users in the group.
Users can belong to one user group per project; hence, they have one permission profile per project.
